What data we collect

SENProof does not require you to create an account or submit any personal information to use the site. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other identifying information unless you contact us directly. If you contact us by email, we will retain your email address and the content of your message only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry.

Cookies and analytics

SENProof may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are visited and how visitors navigate the site. Any analytics we use are configured to anonymise IP addresses and not to share data with third parties for advertising purposes. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or retargeting. If you have a browser setting that signals Do Not Track, we will respect it.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Because we collect very little personal data, in most cases we will hold nothing beyond any email correspondence you have initiated. To make a data request, please email hello@senproof.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
